The double step consists of a stable SPC core (Stone Polymer Composite) topped with a luxury LVT top layer. This provides a strong, rigid base and a scratch-resistant finish. The super matte PUR + UV coating protects the surface against scratches, stains, and discoloration. Thanks to the R10 slip resistance rating (DIN 51130) and DS classification (EN 13893), this step offers excellent grip – even in high-traffic areas such as entrances, stairwells, or commercial projects.
The double step has been tested according to EN standards and offers excellent dimensional stability, minimal residual indentation (<0.25 mm), stain and chemical resistance (class 1), and a fire classification of Bfl-S1. Color fastness (≥6 on the Wool Scale) and abrasion resistance (class T) are also of high quality. This makes the double step a reliable solution, even with intensive use.

This double step can be easily cut to size and glued with a suitable stair renovation kit. The inner corner and nosing are sturdily designed and seamlessly connect to risers, angle profiles, and end caps from the MexForm collection.
